HomeDock OS

Your own cloud.
Right at home.

For Windows and macOS

HomeDock OS Desktop

Our way of taking HomeDock OS where it was never meant to be.

Windows and macOS, the two the self-hosting world forgot. One installer, and the Mac or PC you already own becomes your private cloud.

On Linux? HomeDock OS runs there natively.

Open source

Built to make HomeDock OS real.

Two pieces we had to invent to turn HomeDock OS into what it is today. Both are open source, free for anyone to use, study and improve.

  • Prism Window Manager

    Open source

    AGPL-3.0

Every window you open, drag, snap and stack in HomeDock OS lives on Prism. We built it to give HomeDock OS a real desktop, then opened it up so any web app can have one too.

    • Real desktop windows
    • Vue, React and Svelte
  • vite-fusion

    Open source

    MIT

The bridge that keeps HomeDock OS's engine and its interface talking to each other. It is how we build HomeDock OS quickly and keep it fast, and now anyone can use it.

A universe in your browser

ATLAS3

An entire universe, grown from a single seed.

The Atlas generates whole universes procedurally. ATLAS3 makes it one continuous 3D space you travel in real time, from the edge of the universe to the orbit of a moon, without ever loading a page. Nothing is stored: every galaxy, star, planet, moon and orbit comes from one primordial seed.

  • Every star a system you can visit
  • Wormhole hyperjumps
  • Stargates to share any place
  • P2P multiverse

Python and Flask generate the universe, React and Three.js draw it, and vite-fusion joins the two. Source available under the PolyForm Noncommercial license.
